Perry Brubaker, PT, DPT is a certified Prevention and Health Promotion Therapist through the Academy of Prevention and Health Promotion Therapies. She is traditionally trained as a physical therapist having completed her Master of Physical Therapy degree in 2001 then later went on to receive her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2010.
In her nearly 20 years of practice she has worked in various orthopaedic physical therapy settings to include sports medicine and work injury management and has published on this topic in the Journal of Orthopaedic and Sports Physical Therapy. She also maintains a small lifestyle management practice in the Peachtree City, GA area.
Perry's experience in occupational health/work injury management, disease management and individual lifestyle management, has taught her that sustainable employee health and productivity requires merging these systems. As a result, Perry operates at the intersection of safety/injury and health/well-being for companies and organizations.
